How Our Network Works
Request a connection with a local provider

Start by confirming who you are speaking with
Ourtranslation Floor Coating connects homeowners with independent local epoxy and concrete floor coating providers in our network. Ourtranslation Floor Coating does not perform the work. When you make contact, ask whether you are speaking with the referral service or the business that would quote your project. Confirm the provider's business name before sending project documents or agreeing to an appointment. The provider handles the floor assessment and proposed work.
Request a callback to check provider availability for your project.
Give the provider a useful picture
Describe the floor size, any old paint and signs of moisture. Photos can help explain a concern, though the provider may still need to inspect the slab. Mention how you use the space and which areas you need to keep accessible.
Share your preferred finish and budget concerns. For a custom finish, ask the provider to list material and preparation costs separately where practical. This can help you see how a different finish would affect the quote.
Ask how the days fit together
Have the provider explain the proposed schedule, from clearing the space to returning your belongings. Ask which tasks must finish before the next can begin. Find out how rain, damp concrete or repairs could change those dates.
Questions to ask include:
- What preparation does the quote include?
- How would you handle damage found under the old coating?
- When can people walk across the floor?
- When can cars and heavy storage return?
Get the instructions for using the floor again in writing. Use those dates to plan parking and storage. Leave room for changes if the provider still needs to inspect the concrete.
Review the agreement with the provider
Check who will perform the work and who will handle questions about changes. Ask the provider directly about relevant credentials and insurance. Read any warranty terms, including what is excluded and how to report a problem.
Before paying a deposit, review the payment schedule and cancellation terms. Find out how the provider would price extra work and get your approval. Keep a copy of the agreed scope so you can check it if questions come up during the job.
Choose after you have the details
You decide whether a provider's proposal fits your home. Compare written quotes or request a revised scope before agreeing to the work. Any agreement for the project is between you and the provider.
Use the request form to describe your floor and the dates you have in mind. A local provider will need to confirm whether the project fits its services and schedule.
Request a callback
Describe your floor, its condition, and your preferred dates. Ourtranslation Floor Coating can help connect you with a local provider to discuss the project.
