Accessing and Using This Website

Last updated: October 2026

Ourtranslation Floor Coating aims to make ourtranslation.living usable for all visitors, including those with disabilities. This page describes our approach to access. The document is a general template and does not offer legal advice.

Guidelines We Work Toward

Our design goal is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines are a widely accepted reference for website accessibility.

Features We Work On

Our efforts cover:

• A clear heading order throughout each page
• Text alternatives for images that convey information
• Legible text and strong contrast between colors
• Navigation and forms that support keyboard use
• Page layouts suited to phones, tablets and desktop screens
• Everyday language and short sentences
• Clear labels for form fields

Current Access Limits

Some parts of the website may still fall short of these guidelines. We may not control certain tools or embedded material supplied by third parties. We review the website periodically and address problems we discover.

Help Through Other Channels

If a website feature is difficult to use, you have other ways to seek help. Request a callback to speak with a local provider. You can also email contact@ourtranslation.living, and we will assist where possible.

Reporting an Access Problem

Please email contact@ourtranslation.living about barriers you encounter. Include:

• The page or feature involved
• Your intended action and what happened
• Your browser, device or assistive technology, if known

We will review the problem and aim to respond within a few business days.

Work as the Site Changes

Accessibility remains an ongoing effort. We will continue improving access as the website develops.
