How to Send a Complaint

Homeowners who contact Ourtranslation Floor Coating deserve fair treatment. Please tell us when something has gone wrong. This page explains how to raise a concern and how we handle it. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Concerns We Can Receive

You can report:

• Your experience with a Ourtranslation Floor Coating call or message
• Our use or protection of your personal information
• Site content that appears incorrect or unclear
• Conduct by a provider referred through our service

Issues With Provider Work

Providers in our network operate independently. Each manages its own estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service. For concerns about a coating job, write to the provider first. Save copies of your correspondence.

Let us know too. Feedback helps us hold the network accountable. Providers with repeated shortcomings may be removed. Ourtranslation Floor Coating cannot resolve contract disputes, handle warranty claims, return charges collected by a provider or represent that provider.

• The date you contacted us or the provider
• The number you used or form you submitted, if remembered
• The provider's business name, if available
• A brief description of the problem and the result you would like

How We Handle Your Message

We will acknowledge your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will examine the concern and may contact the provider as part of that process. We will then explain our findings and any action we intend to take.

Further Review and Other Options

If our response leaves the concern unresolved, reply to request another review. You may also contact your state attorney general, consumer protection office or local Better Business Bureau. Your state's licensing board may be another option if the provider is a licensed contractor.
